Modifying elevations, changing the garage from side or front entry, adding a third car option, reducing or increasing square footage, reversing plans, raised or slab foundations, are common requests. There is no charge for this service and we can quickly calculate how your changes might impact the cost of your project.

We provide these plans as a starting point. Many of the homes presented as a series arose from client-requested modifications. Whether you see something you like, already have a plan you love, or have an idea scratched on the back of a napkin, we can make the necessary changes to fit your needs. We provide all of the experience and an in-house Architectural-CAD system, eliminating the expensive and time consuming participation of designers and architects.
